Refunds 

 

The Humanity Hope Initiative operates as a nonprofit organization, and we are deeply grateful for the generosity of our supporters. Because we rely on donations, event ticket sales, and merchandise purchases to fund our programs and community outreach, we have established the following refund policy:

 

 

Donations

 

 

All donations made to The Humanity Hope Initiative are considered charitable contributions and are non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be returned, as funds are immediately allocated toward supporting our programs and services. If a donation was made in error or you believe there was fraudulent activity on your account, please contact us at thehumanityhopeinitiativeinc@gmail.com within 7 business days, and we will work with you to review the situation.

 

 

Event Registrations & Tickets

 

 

Event tickets and registrations are generally non-refundable. This policy is in place because event costs are planned and reserved in advance, including supplies, venue arrangements, and staffing. If you are unable to attend an event for personal reasons, your ticket will be considered a donation to our organization.

 

In the unlikely event that The Humanity Hope Initiative must cancel an event, ticket holders will be notified promptly by email or phone. At that time, you may choose to:

 

  • Receive a full refund for your ticket purchase, or

  • Convert your ticket payment into a tax-deductible donation to support our mission.

 

 

If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund or convert your ticket to a donation.

 

 

Merchandise Purchases

 

 

All merchandise sales (including T-shirts and other branded items) are considered final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items due to sizing preferences or change of mind. However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 business days at thehumanityhopeinitiativeinc@gmail.com, and we will arrange for a replacement whenever possible.

 

 

Processing Refunds

 

 

When a refund is approved under the terms above, it will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
